An idea has just slapped me round the face, poured ice-cold water over me and done just about every other known trick to try and rouse someone from a deep slumber. This site shall mirror my personality and I suppose what has become my goal in life: to fill the world with random facts and lists, and perhaps the odd German word. I will still post about my life and what is going on vaguely near me, but to make this blog stand out ever so slightly, like an annoying screw that just won’t sit flat, I will endeavour to post a random list or some weird factoids every couple of days.

I have an RSS feed (for you techie types) available in the bottom right hand corner, or just use this address: http://www.rvalkass.trap17.com/wordpress/feed/
This will allow you to keep up-to-date on the most random outpourings of my weird and frequently annoying mind.

So, to get you going, here is the first (of hopefully many) random lists:

Five very unsuccessful jelly-bean flavours:

• Chocolate
• Coca-Cola
• Apple
• Coffee
• Celery

OK, it was a short list. However, as I am pedantic and cynical so I will just say that it was a list, which is all I promised.
